Dear Experts,
I have got a new requirement from Nepal SAP payroll which is a customised Solution. It is required by the client that PF of new employee should not deduct upto the period of six months from the date of joining of the employee. Statuory rate of PF is 10% of basic salary of employee.
Explination of the above requirement with example:
Let's say employee joins the company on 20th September 2015 then in that case PF won't be deducted from his salary upto 19th February 2016 but for remaining day's of February (in this case it's 9 days) PF will be deducted on the basic salary of 9 days(PF basis will be 9days basic) though the employee
will get the complete month basic salary for the same month.
Exsiting logic is that we inserted a Pcr for generating 10% of basic salary as PF for each and every employee.
Kindly help me out with the logic to restrict the PF for new joiners upto period of 6 month and generate PF amount after 6 months duration.
